1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, subject to the conditions below:

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • Certain categories like perishable goods, personal care items, intimate wear, customized products, or digital goods are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Used or damaged products (unless defective or damaged upon delivery)
  • Perishables, cosmetics, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Digital downloads, e-gift cards, or services

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo or video of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue
    We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address or label (where applicable). Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.


5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within [2–4] hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been shipped. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
